Isaiah 43:19. AMP.

Behold, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs forth; do you not perceive and know it and will you not give heed to it? I will even make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.

What New Thing Is God Doing in Your life. God proclaimed through His prophet Isaiah that He’s gonna make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert to spring forth for you this year.

A desert as we all know is a lonely place where one can easily lose direction because of the heat, fatigue and disorientation associated with it coupled with it’s hazard nature very sandy ,difficult and uncomfortable to move about.

Despite the known terrible terrain and the hardship conditions that scare travellers from passing through such route yet God is assuring us of giving us a smooth ride by providing comfort and water incase of thirstiness.

Perhaps you are journying through the desert of Afflictions, Abandonment, Illicit Addiction, Lost in a fallow ground of Loneliness, Granded by setbacks or A Great Cloud of witnesses against you. Apostle Paul wrote to the Hebrews: “Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, … looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith” (Heb. 12:1–2).

Do not loose heart and don’t be afraid “Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”
We are always guaranteed victory as long as we invite God into our battles. No matter how difficult things may appear in the natural, we serve the supernatural God who is able to cause rivers to flow in the desert and do something new in the lives of those who trust in Him.

Most often people start the new year with fasting and praying where they allow God to take the center stage in their plans and life affairs for a better prosperous year and advancement in all their endeavours.
As we fast and pray in this beginning of the year, it is a good time to believe God for new things and supernatural transformations. Whatever your prayer focus is, trust God to turn things around in your favour. Sickness will be turned into health, trials will be turn into triumphs, lack into abundance, struggle into ease. That is what God is set to do in your life. Truly, we have come into a turnaround season. Weeping may endure for a night, but joy is coming now, that’s your morning of New Thing.

You don’t have to keep enduring those lingering problems, you can have a change of story by pressing in with specific requests as you fast and pray. Don’t just pray religiously, be specific about the answers and miracles you want to see. As you pray with expectations, you are about to see the hand of God do things that are unusual, uncommon and extraordinary.

It doesn’t matter how hopeless any condition is, just dare to trust God to do a new thing for you in this season. Engage your faith for victory by filling your heart with God’s Word and keep calling those things that be not as though they were. Surely, your desire to see positive changes will manifest in the answers to your prayers. By the power of the Spirit, every trial will turn into a testimony for you. God will give you a new song and turn every mourning into dancing for you in Jesus Name.

O Lord, I thank You for the turnaround miracles You are set to do in my life. As I press on in this time of fasting and praying, I thank You Lord, for starting a New Thing indeed in my life and I percieve and know that You will Do Exceedingly, Abundantly, above all I could ever Imagine Or Desire in this Year. Thank you Lord for your Faithfulness and Love Endures forever in Jesus Name amen.

Is not this the fast that I have chosen? to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke?
